At HOMSANITH FARM, we specialize in a diverse range of traditional Asian specialty crops, hand-picked for their authentic flavors and cultural significance. Our 16-acre farm in Fresno County yields high-quality produce cherished by ethnic markets, restaurants, and consumers across California and beyond.
Bitter melon
Known for its distinctive flavor and health benefits, our bitter melon is a staple in many Asian cuisines. Grown with care, it brings an authentic taste to your dishes.
Singua
Also known as angled luffa, singua is a versatile gourd prized for its tender texture and mild flavor, perfect for stir-fries and soups.
Opo
